Liquefaction Decision Explorer 0.1.0

Open this folder in VS Code.
Run: python -m http.server 8000
Open: http://localhost:8000

No Python dependencies. The browser runs the engineering calculations.
For numerical checks install Node.js, then run: node test-liquefaction.cjs

Input q is normalized clean-sand-equivalent qc1Ncs, not raw CPT resistance.
See the Methods panel and research-plan.html for scope, assumptions, validation,
and outstanding field/software benchmark requirements. The ground-motion link
at the top returns to the hosted suite and is not included in this standalone package.

Current tests: stress balance; inverse threshold recovery; PGA scaling; dry profile;
zero-bound collapse; mesh refinement; invalid inputs; monotonicity grid; ordered
envelopes; nonnegative idealized envelope contraction. Browser edits, groundwater
changes, calculation tabs and CSV download verified. JSON file import was not
tested in the browser. Independent Python transcription matched example cell FS
to within 5e-15. This is not independent field validation.

Research novelty has not been established. The diagnostic is not formal value of
information and the model does not predict settlement, ejecta, or building safety.
